These meals are delicious and the perfect size if your watching your intake. Love the turkey meat balls and the steak strips are outstanding plan to try everything. The chefs definitely create unique dishes! I will be back….regularly!

I recently had the pleasure of trying out MI Meals in Berkley, and it was exceptional! MI Meals is a meal prep service that provides great healthy meal options. Each meal is thoughtfully crafted with fresh, whole ingredients, making for a delicious and nutritious option for those who want to eat well but don't have time to cook. Ari and the rest of the staff at MI Meals are also super nice and helpful. They take the time to ensure that each customer has a great experience and leaves satisfied. It's clear that they truly care about their customers and are passionate about providing healthy, delicious meals. One thing that I absolutely loved about MI Meals is their incredible smoothies. These are a must-try! Overall, I cannot recommend MI Meals enough. From the great food and friendly staff to the amazing smoothies, this carry-out meal prep service truly deserves 5 stars. If you're looking for a healthy and convenient meal option, MI Meals is definitely the way to go!

The meals are delicious and healthy! I just feel guilty about the plastic containers. Curious if Mi Meals has considered returnable/reusable containers for regular customers?

MI Meals gets a solid 5 out of 5 stars from me. The meals are always fresh, macro-friendly, and actually taste great, which isn’t easy to find with meal preps. I always feel satisfied, and on top of that, Ari is the best.

Came in from out of town for a conference and needed some healthy alternatives. Found this company on line , friendly service dedicated to healthy lifestyle choices. Would absolutely recommend them and plan on it when I return.Had this delivered for my seminar for work.

My fiance and I are new customers, and we love MI Meals! We found them through our local yoga studio and now can't imagine life without them. The staff is so helpful, the meals are so yummy, and the ordering process is so easy.

These meals are absolutely amazing and so delicious. My wife and I order every week. We use them for our lunches and also dinners during the week. They are such good quality and cheaper and healthier than getting fast food. They have a customer for life.
